		<description>Looks like a great start to your garden!  The Backyard Homestead is another great book.  I just had to return it to the library, but am hoping to buy it later.

Those roots left in the ground can be annoying.  We have two in our gardens and I just have to keep clipping the new shoots.  It isn&#039;t any harder than the normal weeding, but it does get annoying.  I&#039;d have to get a backhoe, I think, to actually dig it up, or dump a bunch of chemicals on it to kill it.  I opt to just keep clipping shoots.</description>
